Know your proteins you still need all the amino acids you ! do this by eating soy products or combining foods like whole wheat & nuts (you don't need all amino acids everyday just get them about every other day but get some protein everyday the amount you need dependent on factors such as weight. Do some research here so you can be halt but vegetarianism is very healthy is you do it properly. 3.)
