English question: should it be "Submit date" OR should it be "Submission date":..? Why?

Shawnna Kusky: Do you mea! n that you are creating a form for a company? If so, "date of submission" or just "Date" are better. If you are filling out a form created by the company, I'd think twice about dealing with it.
