Jesse Pirieda: If you can find a Bentley suspension and body book, it should have floor tenplates showing the location of the seat rails.Hope this helps:o)L.
Rebeca Mckin: No book around, best bet is get the seat into place and have a welder tack them in. Just traded out the old spring ones in my 78 for Vanagon ones and oh what a sweet ride, arm rest for both sides.
Becky Mosena: I like MR> DEALS idea for its simplicity and easy. Put the seat on the rails and then set it in the car and find the best location. Put a light tack on it and then make sure the seats slide forward and back all the way AND THAT YOU CAN SLIDE THE SEAT OFF ! (that takes more room). If it meets that requirement and if you have not compromised the seat belt system then have the welder finish the job (or bolt it down however you had planned to do it.)This also gives you the option of moving the seats back a bit further if you do not plan to carry too many rear seat passengers......Show m! ore
