Kim Gerbino: There are international flights as well as boat transportation between Israel and various places in Greece and Turkey. You would have to talk to a travel agent to determine the best way to get to the specific places you want to go. The availability changes from time to time.
Carmina Stickney: You can get to Cyprus (Not Greece) By Boat. You can find the boats in the port of Haifa. About Greece, I went to Rhodes which is the closest Greek island to Israel, but that was by Plain. My friend thou, did it with his yacht. So You can go to the Port of North Tel aviv and find a yacht to take you there anywhere you want, but that would be a personal favor and you will have to pay.
