But either the person with the land line or the person with the mobile phone may pay a flat fee for unlimited minutes in which case the call may not amount to an additional expense. If I exclude consideration of unlimited calls most land lines have unlimited local calling but you pay per minute for long distance calling. Melissa Lavallie: Unless you are calling long distance you will NOT be paying for anything, they maybe paying in minutes. If you are calling long distance then you both maybe be paying. You will be in currency and them maybe in minutes.
