Inge Mclaurine: 1st it's good you're Asian and you're young but not too young to audition. As stated on their Facebook audition page there's an age limit for the auditions. How good can you sing? Comparable to Bom? Or more like Dara? Can you dance like Minzy or Taeyang and steal the floor with your skills? If not, you better start practicing. 2nd to be able to make it into YG Entertainment, you must speak a reasonable amount of Korean as stated on their official audition page. Doesn't have to be fluent, just enough to where you don't need that many Korean language classes. This year for YG auditions, they only took place in 5 places in South Korea (Kwangju, Jeonju, Busan, Daegu and Seoul) and the last and first audition in Thailand was in 2010.If you need tips, you can scroll through the questions I have answered or better yet just email me. shineekpopluv@yahoo.com...Show more
Armando Somes: i'm a mixed race female (yet typically Black and Indian)... i'm auditioning ! for SM, YG, and JYP as a choreographer. i fairly imagine they prefer typically Korean (or any East Asian) human beings as artists even with the indisputable fact that. do not take it as offense, basically comprehend that the YG is a enterprise. those human beings want earnings, because it really is obv how a busness runs. Now in the journey that they're going to coach artists, may they get a lot earnings in Korea exhibiting someone who would not look like them, compared to a Korean/chinese with white epidermis? Koreans love attractiveness, and YG and all those list labels recognize this. no longer affirming the truly ingredient those song organizations care about is funds, yet having stated that seems in typically play a huge component to being an artist Your medical difficulty ought to no longer be a difficulty so long because that is not a actual deformity (back, seems), and also you're able to preform. i'm no longer affirming you shouldn't try even with the indisputable ! fact that. AUDITINON besides, you in no way recognize! you'll ! sense sorry about it later. basically look at Ne-Yo he had 2 important stay shows in Seoul and JYP is attempting to "diversify" their communities....Show more
Elmo Tervo: Your chances are slim you need to be really good at one thing like at a professional level or super good looking and tall and unique first of all think if you are talented enough to join America's got talent, the voice or americas best dance crew you need to be at that level to join. Yes you must been devoted 100% meaning your risking the rest of your life. I see that your uncertain showing that this may not be the right pathway for you. People at young age who apply must already know who they want to be even teenagers are still figuring of what to do in their lives and they most likely have more skills then you. Being talented is like being a child prodigy Seacrh that up...Show more
Maurice Breuning: With that age, you have a lot of potential. You're still young and you have a lot of time to ! master your skills and talents. I say, go for what you want (Just make sure you deeply know what you really want)!Plus, Thai's the next nationality that Korean entertainments usually accept after the Chinese. So, you might just have an increased chance rate compared to other nationalities (especially western). But it's not all about the nationality. What they look for more is the "look" and talents. You must have a kind of "east asian" look. Then, show off the talent that you think might have a great future. Charisma would boost your chances too. Try practicing your stage presence. Now, for the auditions... The best place to know about it is the companies' official sites. Just search for it in google: "yg entertainment official site" etc....Show more
