Easiest to use animation software for beginners?

Brice Greczkowski: I first used Adobe Flash when I had no knowledge at animation/animating at all. I just searched different tutorials from the web especially youtube. I still use it mainly for 2D animations alongside with other Adobe products such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro.After I gained bits of experience, I switched to Autodesk Maya and 3ds Max.
