Coleen Carignan: Are you a teen? This is common as we pass through puberty. It's an emotional roller coaster for many of us.When you feel this way, try to go do something you like that relaxes you. For me it's reading comics.
Ronnie Barcus: You sound just like my husband. I fianlly made him go to the Dr. He has diabetes. Once his blood sugar is stabilized, I'm hoping to get my old husband back
Vickie Clampett: well this is under men;s health so im guessing you are not menstruating, jki feel like that sometime too. i'm not sure exactly why it happens but you are irritable and not patient for anything or anyone.i usually need to do something i like at those times to calm me down.mainly i just want to say that its common among people and it is just one of those days when nothing seems to work out. maybe you should try doing something everyday like picking up a hobby or something.i also feel like that if i sleep in and am groggy.good luck, cheers...Show more
Catheryn Barringer: No one can tell you what's wrong with you with so little info. I need to know your age, your diet, your attitude, your environment or home/work life. I need to know your family history. Do you have a history of depression or diabetes in your family? I need to know your sex and age; could it be hormones during menstruation or puberty? Did some thing occur in your life to trigger sadness such as a failed love affair? How's your spiritual life? Do you foster hope about the future? Do you exercise in fresh air, get out and socialize? Do you get enough sun? Are you allergic to some thing in your environment? Have you recently given birth if you are a female (postpartum depression) or are you just experiencing the ups and downs of life on planet earth? How long has these feelings been going on? Are they fleeting or long term? I would try and see a counsellor and look into your condition if you feel you need to. Best of luck to you and I wish! you happiness and well being....Show more
