Hobert Dula: I have no intention to sue anyone, as I survived and my insurance covered it. All I am concerned about is my rights, as the Kansas Landlord Tenant Act is intended to protect both the landlord and the tenant. I also am not so concerned about them coming in, but wonder about the breach of the lease. There are certain things I like about living here also, they let me seed the lawn, I can grow my gardens and being in a dead end, usually fairly quiet. Shandi Wedge: The owner can have anyone come to do repairs and maintenance. They must give you 24 hours written notice to do so though. "Sometime soon" is not good enough.
Ron Keliipio: the owner can have anyone he wants come do inspections and repairs on his behalf...it is his building. you should sue about the fall on the stairs! when your lease exp! ires you should move.
