Are there jobs in Theatre Arts?

Zora Mazzie: Minor in performing arts, along with your theater major. Or education. That way you have more of a range than just theater. :) Plus you could teach it anywhere.

Verena Koop: I'm sure Theater Arts would be a very enjoyable thing to study. But there are FAR more students graduating every year with degrees in Theater Arts than there are jobs available. So by far the most likely outcome is that you'll wind up working as a waiter, or flipping burgers, after you graduate (with tens of tho! usands of dollars in student loans to pay off).
