Gaynell Pizzaro: I used to LOVE Lurlene McDaniel. I'd recommend Nora Roberts. Her books are a little longer & have slightly more complex plots, but they've got some interesting romances & steamy scenes. =)All of them have some romance in them, but there are some that are more focused on crime and futuristic themes.
