Thurman Buege: No. They always have an assistant with them. They won't work on thier own. I have had appointments cancelled due to the fact the assistant got taken ill and there was no cover. So no, they must have to have a dental assistant working alongside.

Joni Ziak: the only time a Dentist *needs* help is when he has a lot of business and has the Dental Aide mix his filling material.
