Medicaid for Mental Health?

Porfirio Gartland: I think you can still try and put it down. And in the notes put need to seek treatment for x problem. And put down further in disc. that its affecting x. Like work, or whatever it maybe damaging. If you can't do that go to a vocational rehabilitation and apply for services they'll have to do a free evaluation in order to see if you qualify for help. You can use their services to go to school or find work. Thats what I'm doing.

Malcom Bourek: I don't think that a single 23 year old man qualifies for Medicaid. That being said, you do have options. Call your county mental health services. Look in the phone book in the blue government section under County under Health Department or Mental Health. Call the clinic and make an appointment. These clinics have fees based on a sliding scale based on income and are affordable. They have psychiatrists and psychologists/therapists, and many of them have pharmacies where you can get medications for a nominal fe! e. If there is no pharmacy the cheapest place to get prescriptions filled is WalMart. If you don't have a phone book, look it up online. Google your county and state name and Health Department or Mental Health. If you still can't find it, call your local library and ask the reference librarian to help you find mental health services in your area. Reference librarians are very resourceful and should be able to come up with the information quickly....Show more

Toshia Metzker: Wait until you talk to any individual on the mobile. Exceptional states, extraordinary Cities,.. Some occasions act totally exclusive then the norm. So it doesn't matter what we say.. Your State, your metropolis, and above all these places you are contacting could also be specific. That is a massive trouble with well being Care giving locations,.. They do not all receive Medicaid and a few instances they make up their own ideas on Medicaid. You will also need to assess with any Pharmacy you're goin! g to....Show more

Brenton Cornwall: Honestly, you don't ! sound like you have it that bad. Which is great! But I don't know all of what you are going through, feeling, ect. So...medicaid doesn't apply for anxiety. If you needed medications to live, you would apply. I don't think you have anything severe but there has to be some therapist out there that doesn't cost much. In the meantime, Take a vacation, try relaxing to calm your anxiety. Take 4 to 5 deep breaths when you're in a bad position. In through the nose and put through the mouth. Totally works on my stress. Good luck on things. They will get better. Whatever is making you depressed will pass. It always does....Show more
